I had the best time with @attitude_fitness taking a full body workout out in the sun. Nice knowing we got a little tan out of it as well. Next time with G&T right, Kyle? Hopefully now that the weather is picking up, we will have more sessions like this. Exercises covered: ✅ Kettlebell deadlifts. ✅ Single leg Glute bridges. ✅ Glute ham raises. ✅ Kettlebell swings. ✅ Kettlebell clean and press. ✅ Plank walk ups. ✅ 12kg ball slams. ✅ 23kg ball over shoulders! ✅ Short crunches. ✅ Flutter kicks. ✅ Floating knee tucks…….. I always have the best time with Kyle. The best thing about him is that he ALWAYS pushes me to keep going but only because he knows I AM capable despite what I think/say during the process.
